Filling out Surveys!

We've started handing out the surveys to whoever will do them. We went to the Gateway in SLC and tried to catch people walking around. It was kind of embarassing, we hated interupting people's conversations and taking their time. But most people have been pretty willing to fill one out, especially when we tell them we'll give them a toothbrush. Luckily the survey is short and all they have to do is circle the answers. I would have liked to put the survey on a half sheet of paper, so it looked shorter, but it was too long. It has taken us longer than we had expected to fill them out. A security guard kicked us out of the gateway, he asked management and they wouldn't let us finish, so we've had to find other places here and there to get more of the surveys done. We're trying to make sure we get a wide variety of people with different ages, sexes, and socioeconomic status. We've got 100-200 done now and will hope to get the rest done within the next 2 weeks. I decided to add a little advertisement at the bottom of the survey for Weber State and a few people have torn it off so I hope to get some patients from this as well. Here is the final survey we used. Of course we found a few errors after all of them were printed, but oh well.

This is a survey to be used in a Bachelor research project at Weber State University. Completion of survey indicates consent to participate in the research. Thank You.
